I use an AOL connection & i can't use blackboard

1. The AOL Browser is not supported by Blackboard. You must use a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, or Safari
    
2. To use Blackboard while connected to AOL
   
   Login to AOL
   Click the underline button in the upper right hand corner.
   Click the "Start" button & select a different browser, these can be located sometimes in a folder called "Programs"
   Enter http://blackboard.jmu.edu & login
