Document will not open
- The work around should be to right click on the link and
select "Save Target As". If that is giving you an HTML file, then
something is strange about the file.
- If you want to regain your Open, Save, Cancel box then:
Open Windows Explorer (Press [windowskey] +E)
Click View > Folder options (OR if your XP, Tools >folder options)
Click the "file types" tab
Scroll down to the type of file you require e.g. .ZIP file
Click EDIT (Or if your XP, ADVANCED)
Click the check box marked "confirm open after download" (Make sure
there is a Check mark in the box)
Click OK
Click OK (Or if your XP CLOSE)
