Popup Message About Insecure Connection

1. This message appears only in Internet Explorer. It signifies that the application has prevented IE from displaying mixed content.
    
2. To fix:
   
   Open Internet Explorer
   Click "Tools"
   Click "Internet Options"
   Click the tab "Security"
   Click "Trusted Sites"
   Click the "Sites" Button
   Enter https://blackboard.jmu.edu
   Click the "Add" button
   Click the "Close " button
   Click the "Custom Level" button
   Find the Option to "Display Mixed Content" (about half-way down) & make sure the button for enabled is checked.
   Find the Option "Web sites with less privileged web content zone can navigate into this zone" (further down) & make sure the button for enabled is checked.
   Click "Ok"
   Click "Ok"
   Click "Ok"
