I cannot see my course(s)

  1. While all JMU courses have Blackboard courses created not all faculty choose to utilize them. If a faculty member has told you they will use Blackboard and you cannot see the course, please contact the professor to inquiry to the status of the course and if they have made it available or not.
     

  2. If they tell you they have made the course available please verify via E-campus that you are enrolled in the class. If you are not, you will need to contact the instructor or campus registrar immediately.
     

  3. If the course is available and you are enrolled, please contact Blackboard Support.
