I cannot take my test

1. This problem occurs most often when a professor uses the "open in a new window" option when deploying a test. The most likely culprit is a "popup blocker". Because there are so many of these programs in existence it is impossible to cover them all. The most common solution is to hold the "CTRL" button and then click the link to take the assessment. This should override the blocker.
    

2. If you still cannot access the test, please notify the professor and request that he/she modify the test options to allow the assessment to open in the same window.
